Fee Schedule

Cost per session is based upon a sliding fee scale. The scale starts at $50 per session and increases depending upon household income. Most insurance plans will reimburse a significant portion of the cost either through in network or out of network benefits. Reimbursement ratios differ depending upon your plan. If you find that Genesis is out of your plans network, a call to your plans member services could tell you whether you have out of network benefits. If you have been unable to clarify your benefits, and would like to pursue services at Genesis, our billing department can assist you in clarifying your coverage.

Out of network benefits give clients greater choice in choosing a therapist or counseling center. If you have out of network benefits, your fee would be set according to our sliding fee scale and due for each session at the time of service. However, we have tried to make reimbursement as user friendly as possible for our clients by providing you with a receipt at each session with all of the needed information to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement back to you for services.

Getting Started

If you are just getting started or coming via a referral, it's easy to schedule an appointment with a member of our professional staff. The cost of the intake appointment is $75 a portion of which may be covered by your insurance.
