Specialized Programs Genesis, in partnership with the Camden County Correctional Facility
(CCCF), facilitates two substance abuse programs. The Jail Program is
an education and prevention program with a primary focus of providing
drug and alcohol education to the inmate population. The 2nd Chance Program
is a substance abuse treatment program offering gender specific substance
abuse treatment services. The goal of each of these programs is to help
inmates who are experiencing problems associated with the use of drugs
and/or alcohol, receive the necessary substance abuse treatment. Inmates
identified with co occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders
and who meet admission criteria can also participate in the 2nd Chance
Program. Services for this specific population are provided through a
collaborative service agreement between Genesis Counseling Center, The
Center for Family Guidance, Steininger Behavioral Care, and the Camden
County Correctional Facility. It is the goal of this collaborative to
assure that all specific co-occurring clinical needs, including the use
psychotropic medication management are met. Program Development For more about custom programs like these for government,
