This method of treatment is on a one to one basis with the therapist. Probably the most popular form of treatment since the individual and the therapist form a strong bond where trust is established so the person can feel relaxed and respected to proceed on his/her journey of letting go of the things that have a strong hold on the individual. The stronger the bond of trust, the quicker the person can advance in treatment.

Depending on the nature of the problem, sessions could be weekly at first until the person has a firm grip on the problem and then the sessions can be more spread out in duration.

If you are just getting started or coming via a referral, it's easy to schedule an appointment with a member of our professional staff. The cost of the intake appointment is $75—a portion of which may be covered by your insurance.
