School & Community The EIP program provides a unique opportunity for parents to move toward a better understanding of how to improve the quality of their relationships with their children. EIP, or Early Intervention Program, employs a unique “parent example” approach, using parents as the primary role models for their children. The approach is strength-based, and requires parents to support their children by being present throughout the duration of the program. Parent participants must embrace a problem solving approach, rather than a punitive one. The Early Intervention Program springs from Genesis Centers’ history of a proactive approach towards prevention of antisocial behavior and negative relationships. We offer both intensive, therapeutically based treatments, as well as alternative approaches focused on prevention and early intervention.
