In many instances individuals and families encounter situations that seem beyond their ability to resolve. While these situations may need immediate attention at the moment they occur, they may not require short or long term counseling or therapy. These are situations where it could be useful to have an unbiased third party professional to assist these individuals or families in moving in a direction that would lead to more healthy decisions related to their individual dilemma.

These consultations also allow for our professional staff to assist individuals and families in what may be the most prudent steps to take next. All this can, in many cases, be done with a limited amount of intrusion into the personal lives of these individuals or families seeking help.

This approach has allowed Genesis to place individuals and families in the most appropriate level of care, with the least amount of resistance from the individual or family seeking help.
